Interested in clay and ceramics, but don’t know where to begin? – or hoping to hone and expand the skills you already have?

Come out to the beautiful clay studio at McCann to explore the techniques of hand-building and wheel-throwing for this series course. Whether a beginner, intermediate, or higher level potter, the class will definitely have something for you. Use it before Thanksgiving and Christmas to make gifts for the holidays! Fee includes stoneware clay, glazes, bisque firing, and glaze firing.

Wednesday evenings, 6-9p, Sunday afternoons, 1-4p.

Join instructor Janine Dudash – current potter at McCann and previous studio tech under Jack Troy – on Wednesdays and Sundays through the fall and early winter to expand your knowledge and understanding of clay. Hand-build; throw on the wheel; use slips and glazes . . . the course is expansive and all-encompassing.
